On April 6, the unit downpowered to approximately 28% power due to a leak on the suction line ECCS low pressure piping. Power was increased to approximately 50% during repairs. The unit remained at 50% through April 10 and increased power to 95% by end of the day. Details of this event may be found in LER 1999-003.
