In the Matter of the Docket No. 50-260 Tennessee Valley Authority By TVA letter from D. S. Kammer to you dated January 25, 1983, we submitted a report on indications discovered in the recirculation system manifold of the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant unit 2. In the report we stated that a vibration and diagnostic test of the recirculation piping would be conducted during startup and operation of unit 2. The report detailing test methodology, data processing, and test results is enclosed.
