It was discovered by Station Personnel that the twelve rubber ex-pansion joints for the service water side of the Component Cooling Heat Exchangers were deflected greater than the misalignment tolerances.cecified by the manufacturer. Also discovered was the use of only two restraints on the expansion joints when a minimum of three is required.The cause of this deficiency is under inveuigation and will be reported at a later date.
