In Febmary,1997, Quad Cities Unit 2 was shutdown for refueling. Per our Technical Specification the Core Operating Limits Reports for Quad Cities Unit 2 Cycl 615 should have been submitted upon issuance of the repon. Due to an administrative oversight, the original Core Operating Limits Report was not submitted. Please find enclosed the original report, Attachment B.
