River Bend Station - Unit 1 Docket No. 50-458 Changes to the River Bend Station (RBS) Emergency Plan were submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in a timely manner en-August 29, 1986 under cover letter RBG-24267. The changes were submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.54 (q) and 10CFR50 Appendix E, Section V. These changes constitute our Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) Amendment No. 23, but affects only the Emergency Plan. Copies of several Emergency Implementing Procedures (EIPs) revisions were also submitted at that time (see Enclosure 1) .
Additionally, please find enclosed copies of new EIP revisions, EIP 2-007, 2-024, 2-102 (see Enclosure 2) . These revisions are also a result of the post-exercise annual review of the Plan and the EIPs.
These changes have been determined to not decrease the effectiveness of the approved Emergency Plan. The plan continues to meet the standards of 10CFR50. 4 7 (b) and 10CFR50, Appendix E. These procedure revisions are being submitted in accordance with 10CFR50. 54 (q) and 10CFR50 Appendix E, Section V.
