_ Docket No. 50-458 Pursuant to 10CFR50.54 (p), please find enclosed four copies (Nos.18,19, 20, and 21) of Revision 12 to the River Bend Station (RBS) Physical Security Plan (PSP). Changes have been made to the PSP to reflect current activities of the RBS security program. Since the plan has been revised in it e, entirety to clarify the text, correct redundancies or improve gratmar, changes, in the text are not indicated by side bars. An explanation of the significa!st changes are enclosed to facilitate NRC review. The changes have been determined to not involve unresolved safety questions nor do they decrease the effectiveness of the security program.
Revision 12 of the PSP supersedes all earlier revisions, is considered
" Safeguards Infomation" pursuant to 10CFR73.21 and should be handled accordingly.
