VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNIT 1 STEAM GENERATOR TUBE LEAK EVENT REPORT. REV.1 Per our letter dated April 28,1989, we are providing Revision 1 to our initial report entitled " North Anna Unit 1 Steam Generator Leak Event Report, Revision 0, dated April 26,1989." Revision 1 provides additionalinformation pertinent to this event.
The proprietary version of this report entitled " North Anna Unit 1 Steam Generator Leak Event Report, Revision 1, dated May 25,1989" contains information proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation.
It is supported by an affidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information. The affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and addresses with specificity the considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of Section 2.790 of Commission's regulations.
