RESTRICTION OF INFORMATION On July 10, 1985, at approximately 8:00 a.m., the Senior Construction

Resident asked Chuck Schroeder, commonwealth Edison, licensing departme for computer print-out reports on the Material Traceability Verification Program.

These print-outs concerned transposition errors on pipe and stores requests that were produced by Phillips ChuckGetschow Schroeder stated at the request o the Senior Construction Resident, Robert D. Schulz.
