consequence, we announced our intent to review that decision sua sponte in accordance with our standard practice.

l Our review of the Licensing Board's decision and j pertinent portions of the underlying record reveals no error  ;

necessitating corrective actian. Accordingly, we affirm the result reached by the Licensing Board.

One matter is nonetheless worthy of note. The j development of plans for disseminating emergency information, including the production of accurate and meaningful emergency information brochures or pamphlets, is generally an evolvina process in which members of the public have at times played a useful role.4 In the instant case, certain of the incervenors' concerns were endorsed by the Licensing Board and the applicant voluntarily committed itself to improve its emergency information booklet in its i next revision.5 As we see it, this cooperative approach Appeal Board June 9, 1987 Order (unpublished) .
