ORDER The oral argument on the pending appeal of interveners Bridget Little Rorem, et al., from the Licensing Board's May 19, 1987 concluding partial initial decision in this 1

operating license proceeding will be heard at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 1987 in the NRC Public Hearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland. Each side will be allotted one hour for the presentation of argument.2 The appellante will be heard first and may, if they so desire, reserve a reesonable portion of their time for rebuttal.

For this purpose, the interveners constitute one side and the applicant and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff the other.
