Backlog / Phase II Completion Schedule Date: 1-12-84 Control No: 84-01-12-03 Since Phase I of the Document Review Project is rapidly approaching completion, the following plan of action has been established for the cospletion of Phase II and the Backlog of c Inspections.

(1) Backlog of Inspections - The attached schedule shows ,

the weekly progress required to achive completion by l 5-1-84 for welding and configurations. The Equipment /

J.B. Status will be added after completion of R. Saklak's evaluation. Bruce Brown has designated Hunter, Hutson, and Perryman as the welding inspectors and Iobue and g Tyler (along with Riser Project) to the configuration l backing effort. Backlog Inspections will also be used  !

to supplement assignments given to the daily inspectors. ,

, (2) Phase II Documentation - This effort will comprise i office correction, field verification, and if required, reinspection. All corrections will be reviewed by Brian BIaranowski as part of his vault assignments.

The attached schedule will be used to monitor the progress of Phase II. In order to assure efficient use K g of manpower in this effort, the following guidelines will be established for Document Review Personnel.

( 84-01-12-03 (d) File clerks will not specialize in one area.

All file clerks will be familiar and responsible for all files as well as waiting on the counter.

(e) Equipment files will be upgraded and maintained by Sally Campbell working in conjunction with Rick Saklak until equipnent status is couplete.

(f) Phase II Re-Verification / Inspection will be '

assigned to inspectors in the daily groups by attaching the speed menos to the reports and routing them to the supervisor of inspectors in that area.

(g) The Doctanent Review Group will work in the vault or in another area designated by'the lead doctsnent

_ reviewer. This will assure a continuity of opinion among the reviewers. ,

This assignment of personnel will assure that the May 1,1984

[ target date will be met or exceeded.
