84-02-27-05 In reference to my memo 84-02-21-03, the supervisors are to be certified and qualified in all disciplines across the board.

B. Brown has a total of four (4) disciplines in which he needs to be qualified. They are:

1.

Receiving Inspection, 2. Calibration Inspection,

3. CEA Inspection, 4. Termination Inspection.

R. Saklak has a totsi of seven (7) disciplines in which he needs to be qualified. They are:

1. Penetrations, 2. Tray,3. Welding,4. Config's,

5. Calibrations, 6. Equipment, 7. Receiving. It is necessary that Saklak get qualified in the following 1,2,5,6,7,4,3, in the order given.

t B. Brown is to,be completed by April 15, 1984.

R. Saklak to be com-pleted in 1,2,5,6 by April 15,1984 and 7,4,3 by June 1,1984.,

It is very important that these above dates are met. If situations a

arise where the set date cannot. be met, it will be dealt with on an as identified basis.
