Welding and Configuration Meeting 9-22 12:30 PM Date: S*Ptember 23, O

1. All personnel shall be out in the field at 8:15 A.M. ,

2. Earliest time to be back in the office is 3:30. -

3. All paperwork shall be done in the Field Office.

4. All paperwork shall be completed and turned in by the and of each working day. ,

4 4A. Review all paperwork prior to f.utning it in..

5. Daily Inspection Status Forms shall be filled out and reviewed by the Leads prior to leaving the main office.

6. Swapping of H.I.R.'s shall be kept at a minimum. When it is necessary to swap B.I.R.'s this shall be done through the leads.

7. E.I.R.'s are now stamped QCC and QCW, any forms without the proper stamp will not be accepted.

8. All H.I'.R,. 's received from 'the backlog file shall be given to the leads for stamping prior to issuance on the Daily Inspection Status Form.

9. Starting' Monday, September 26, 1983, an Inspector shall be assigned to

' check the Fab shop on a weekly basis. Once in the morning, and once j in the afternoon. .

10. Next week a meeting will be held with the welders and the leads. Any problems you have please bring to the leads attention.
