In order for un d comply with the new format of Weekly Inspection Status Reports, it will be necessary to have your Leads submit their Daily Status as outlined in this report by 10:00 A.M. each day. Currently, I an only concerned with the status by section, so it is your option how you want the individual 4

The following guidelines on how to complete the report matches the attached

Section 1: List the abbreviation for the item inspected.
Example - RC= Raceway / Conduit, etc.
