84-02-09-cA In reference to my memo 84-01-25-07 regarding the close out of ICR's/NCR's. Also, to ensure a more timely close out of those re-ceived from construction by the QC Department.
In reviewing the past weekly status reports that are submitted to Corporate for review, CECO has asked that the report be added to the Weekly Meeting Minutes. The averages of open items is excessive, and must be brought down to a more timely period.
Reports for the weeks since the referenced memo are:

65 20 32 20 At present, there is a steady weekly carry over of a average of 41 NCR's weekly. The close-out average is 37.33 for ICR's, and a close-out average of 13.33 for NCR's on a weekly. basis.
In view of the above and the attached ICR/NCR status and the number in house to close, all efforts shall be put forth to close the present ICR's and NCR's out by 2/20/84.
All efforts shall be made to close all inecming ICR's and NCR's as quickly as possible.
Reply to the above requirements by 2/18/84 with necessary corrective action taken.

Walkdown entire area and mark for applicable no' des in Log Book.

Attach Form 19'a that have the pan nodes listed on them to the applicable Form 17 in the vault.
3.
Form 19's that have no pan nodes listed must be researched to apply the applicable node to the Form 19, then to be attached to the corresponding Form 17.
4.
Compile all Cable Pan Installation Reports.
5.
Status information obtained from Steps 1 throug'h 4 and log information into the Cable Pan Status Books.
