In reference to the general aneting that was held at 4:00 P.M.,
4-16 Cross training is highly encouraged to be performed although there are certain considerations that must be taken into account prior to starting the cross training:
A.
Se daily work assignments must be met.
B.
Training will be co-ordinated through the Imads, QC supervisor and Asst. Manager (until such time as the training co-ordinator is on site.
I C.
Daily work assignments will not be ignored and cross training done instead.
As stated by Mr. Marino, "The training is up to the individual and i
not a scheduled item".
All daily work assignments are to be accomplished prior to croestraining. Wis, too, will mean the training may have to be i
done on the individual's own time. Also, that the Leads, QC Supervisor and Asst. Manager will co-ordinate the training to ensure all QC comit-monts are covered prior to training.
If the daily assignments are met and accomplished, the appropriate management shall be notified, then, if feasible, training may proceed.
Under no circumstarfces will the daily QC requirements be ignored and cross training accoglished.
