SUMMARY
i MONTH: November,1997 .:
i Catawba Unit 2 began the month of November operating at 100% full power, ne unit began decreasing i power on 11/21/97 at approximately 2227 and held at 49% power from 0422 to l$24 due to replacement - !
- of main turbine contiel valve #1 control circuit card and maintenance on power circuit breaker "2B" gas ;
system. During power escalation, the unit reached 98% full power and held from i 1/23/97 at 0645 to 1126 >
to investigate "2B" power circuit breaker (breaker trouble annunciator alarm). De unit began decreasing l power and beld from 11/23/97 at 1316 to 1740 to repair power circuit breaker 2B" compressor skid tank i leak, he unit returned to 100% full power on 11/24/97 at 2130, and operated at or near 100% full power i the remainder of the month. ,
