SUMMARY
- MONTH: August,1998 Catawba Unit I began the month of August operating at 100% full power. The unit began decreasing power on 08/07/98 at 0940 and the unit was taken off-line on 08/07/98 at 1521 due to ice condenser inoperability resulting from excessive flow channel blockage. The unit remained in the outage the remainder of the month.
