, The purpose of this letter is to revise the package submitted in Reference (a), Reference (b),

! Reference (c) and Reference (d). A summary and Comed's assessment of the proposed changes are provided below. The marked-up pages are provided in Attachment A, and the retyped pages are provided in Attachment B.

Comed proposes to change the required load ranges for the Emergency Diesel Generator (DG) monthly surveillance (TSUP Surveillance Requirement (SR) 4.9. A.2.d), the 18-month endurance run (24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> surveillance) (TSUP SR 4.9.A.8.h) and the 18-month Load Reject test (TSUP SR 4.9.A.8.c) from a range of 2375 to 2500 kW (2625 to 2750 for 110% portion of 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> test) to a range of 2470 to 2600 kW (2730 and 2860.for 110% portion of 24 hour2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> test). Comed also proposes to change the 2000 hour0.0231 days <br />0.556 hours <br />0.00331 weeks <br />7.61e-4 months <br /> rating limit from 2850 kW to 2860 kW. At the time of the original TSUP submittal (Reference (a)), the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) stated the DG design load as 2500 kW and the 2000 hour0.0231 days <br />0.556 hours <br />0.00331 weeks <br />7.61e-4 months <br /> rating as 2850 kW. During the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) rebaseline project, the numbers were changed to 2600 kW and 2860 kW, respectively, to clarify a discrepancy between the FSAR and the ectual phnt configuration. This change to the TSUP requirements will allow the Technical Specifications to reflect the design. Because this change is consistent with the plant design, this change is acceptable.
