Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) and Amendment 4 to the HCGS Environmental Report - Operating License Stage (EROL) has been made in accordance with 10CFR 2.101.

Amendment 7 to the HCGS FSAR contains: (1) revised question

' responses, (2) Draft Safety Evaluation Report (DSER) open item resolutions, (3) updated drawings tabulated in FSAR Section 1.7 and (4) general revisions to the FSAR text.

Amendment 4 to the HCGS EROL consists o'f revised materials including figures, tables, and text.

Attachment 2 is an update of the enclosure to the October 13, 1983, NRC letter, as previously revised in PSE&G letter dated May 10, 1984, from R. L. Mitt 1, PSE&G to A.
