1. To preclude additional unexpected ESF actuations, additional training will be provided to Operations personnel concerning the Radiation Monitoring System power supply replacement evolutions. Specifically, the additional training will focus on the relationship between the Radiation Monitoring System signals and PCIS )

actuations, and will be completed by August 15,1999.

2. The tagging system database will be modified to provide precautions concerning L expected equipment actuations by July 15,1999.
