HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) hereby provides the enclosed report as a supplement to our letter dated June 14, 1989, regarding the Hope Creek Regulatory Effectiveness Review. provides a year and progress report on our project to upgrade the nuclear site physical security features.
This report includes items projected for completion by December 31, 1989 and j
summarizes the development of the overall project.
The attachment to this letter contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION which should be protected from public disclosure in accordance I
with'10 CFR 73.21.
PSE&G intends to provide periodic status reports regarding the nuclear security upgrade project at the end of each year and/or when deemed appropriate (i.e., due to the accomplishment of a significant milestone, due to a change in a proposed corrective action, or due to a proposed change in project scope).
