This letter provides revised mamed-up Technical Specification pages for Hope Creek License Change Request (LCR) H99-02, which was submitted to the NRC via letter LR-N99096, dated March 29,1999. On May 7,1999, the NRR Hope Creek Project Manager notified PSE&G of changes that were required to the marked-up Technical Specification pages contained in the LCR H99-02 submittal. PSE&G has reviewed these changes and, as indicated in Attachment 1 of this letter, is providing revised Technical Specification page mark-ups for LCR H99-02. PSE&G has determitied that the information contained in the Attachment to this letter does not alter the conclusions reached in the 10CFR50.92 No Significant Hazards analysis previously submitted with LCR H99-02.

Attachment 2 of this submittal contains a revised marked-up Technical Specification page associated with LCR H99-05, submitted to the NRC via letter LR-N99236, dated May 24,1999. The revised page provides an additional editorial change for that ,

submittal and does not alter the conclusions reached in the 10CFR50.92 No Significant  !

Hazards analysis previously submitted with LCR H99-05.
