Radioactive Effluent Technical Specifications -- LCR H99-02 On May 29, 1999, Public Service Electric & Gas Company (PSE&G) submitted to the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) a request for revisions to the HC Radiological Effluent
- TSs, and to related Administrative Controls sections.
Specifically, the proposed amendment seeks:

i Revise the ODCM to remove the current requirement to obtain NRC approval prior to any future changes.
l The requested changes were allowed and guided by NRC's Generic Letter (GL) 89-01 and its Supplement 1.
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJ DEP) Bureau of Nuclear Engineering (BNE) has reviewed the change request per requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b) and l
has no comments.
