The surpose of this letter is to inform your staff of Commonwealth Edison's u) grade "he Standby Gas Treatment (SBGT) System Technical Specifications Per a d scussion with the Project Manager, the proposed amendment w ll supercede the referenced amendment request. The new amendment request willinclude a proposed amendment to the SBGT system requirements and will augment the changes proposed in the reference submittal for the CREF system. The proposed amendment w ll be submitted for NRR staff review by August 30,1991.
