Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 Technical Specification Amendment TS 3.6.1.8, and 3.7.6, 3.9.4, 3.9.11, and 3.7.7 Attached are proposed Technical Specification amendments for Catawba Nuclear Station. These amendments change the carbon adsorber test method and methyl iodido penetration criteria, along with other administrative changes for the Annulus Ventilation System, the Control Room Area Ventilation System, the Containment Purge System, the Fuel Handling Ventilation Exhaust System, and the Auxiliary Building Filtered Exhaust System.

Please provide a timely review of this submittal because current Fuel Handling Ventilation Exhaust Ventilation TS requirements no longer apply after August 26, 1991.

Attachment 1 contains a copy of the marked up Technical Specifications, and Attachment 2 contains the Technical Justification and No Significant Hazards Analysis.

Pursuant to 10CFR 50.91(b) (1) the appropriate South Carolina official is being provided a copy of this amendment request.
