Challanges to Main Steam Safety Relief Valves During the first 16 minutes of the running of the scheduled loss of Turbine Generator _and Offsite Power Startup Test, Main Steam Safety Relief Valve (SRV)

"B" lifted and re-seated four times. SRV's "A" and."C" were manually activated for pressure control later in-the test. The setpoint of the "B" SRV was determined to be low.

Changes to Offsite Dose Calculation Manual None.
