The valve had _. _

failed to close during surveillance testing. The shutdown was rcquired to otrnply with Technical. Specificatiois section 3.6.3.a.

After the reactor was shutdown / cooled down maintenance personnel replaced the solenoid valve which controlled the isolation valve's pneunatic supply.
