10 860912 S 244.1 B 2 NA CE ISV On September 12, 1986, Unit One Shutdown for a maintenance outage.

The major repair work included repacking an isolation valve for the Reactor Water Cleanup system, reworking of connectors and cables on main steam relief valves, as well as cleaning and repairing components associated with the drywell sump system. Following the repair work, Unit One restarted and synchoronized to the grid on September 23, 1986.

Major Changes to Radioactive Waste Treatment Systems None.-

AttacInent A As required by Technical Specification 6.9.2.6, the following changes which have been incorporated into the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCN) within the past 90 days are being subnitted with the Septenber,1986, Monthly Operating Report.

1. 'Ihe Introduction section has been revised to indicate that the dose calculation for infants is perfonned monthly instead of quarterly.
2. The word "approximately" has been added to the section on flow channel setpoint determination (page 12 of the ODCN) .
2. A new milk sanpling station has been added to the Radiological Environnental Monitoring Program (REMP) sampling location map (page 43 and 45 of the ODCN) .
4. Policy Statenent 10.6 has been added. The statstent defines the appropriate treatment for discharging Liquid Radwaste waste.
