The Commission met Wednesday, June 16, 1982 in its role as super-

! visor of the NRC Staff to hear presentations from Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company and the Government Accountability Project regarding construction of the proposed Zimer station.

All parties to the ongoing operating license proceeding were notified of the meeting and invited to attend. Some parties were not able to attend. Chairman Palladino requested that a copy of the transcript be

. provided to the parties to the operating license proceeding and I am serving a copy of that transcript on all persons named on the enclosed service list.
