SINCLAIR INTERVIEW On May 9 and 10, 1983, I attempted to contact John Sinclair, OIA (Ex. 27246). On May 10, I was advised that he was on travel and would return May 12. Re-contact on that date will be attempted to arrange an immediate interview.
