SUBJECT:

FORUARDING OF ZDDER DNESTICATION RECORDS On July 1981, OIA Investigator David Camble requested that Region III maintain the originals of some seventy-two Nonconformance Reports that DIA and IE Investigators found in the Zinner Inspection Report files.

In addition, on February 11, 1981, Thomas Daniels, Resident Inspector.

Zirner, and James E. McCarten took into custody two original pages of the Zirner Nonconforrance Reporting system log Book. This was done after we observed evidence of white-out ink for two entries in the log.

In consideration of the potential criminal falsification of records, these log book pages have been wiintained in a sealed envelope.

In light of the significance these documents may have in any criminal came we are forwarding them to your office under Registered Mail. We are also retaining copies of all these docunents in the Region III investigative file.
