This includes, but is not linited to:
field notes, statements, copies of documents obtained (onsite or offsite), tape recordings, transcripts, and memoranda.
This is necessary to maintain our back-up file for the original and continuing investigation at the Zimmer site.
Also, please review and augnent, where necessary, the computerized list of comments / allegations so that all outstanding leads are tracked, to ensure the completeness of the follow-up investigation.
