i o Irhis incident resulted from the failure of the Hydrogen Control System on the PD; i [ pump suctidn dampener (the reference pot and leg were found empty, cause unknown) .

, IImmediate corrective action was to secure the CCP's, isolate the PD pump suction, l vent the CCP's and suction piping, and return the CCP's to service. Use of the ;
