McKee's letter dated April 13, 1993 regarding the use of the Alternate Perimeter Alarm Reporting System and the Redundant Access' Control System. Revision 31 of the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station Security Plan has been implemented under the terms set forth in 10CFR 50.54p. ,
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.4, the signed original and three copies of the security plan revisions are being provided to your office. A copy of this letter and two copies of the security plan revisions are being sent to Region III.
