' TAC Nos. 65386/65387 Enclosed are the original and three (3) copies of Revision 31 of the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station Security Plan.
This subsequent submittal to Revision 31 clarifies and addresses the issues raised in Mr. Phillip F. McKee's letter dated April 13, 1993 regarding the use of the Alternate Perimeter Alarm Reporting System and the Redundant Access' Control System.
Revision 31 of the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station Security Plan has been implemented under the terms set forth in 10CFR 50.54p.
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.4, the signed original and three copies of the security plan revisions are being provided to your office. A copy of this letter and two copies of the security plan revisions are being sent to Region III.
He have concluded that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
