EVENT CEsCRIPTION AND PRC9A8t3 CONSEQUENCES ITTTl I While in Mode 3, investigation of a Trouble Normal @ and"I Leak R (TTT1 l Emergency Personnel Airlocks" alarn discovered that the upper inner personnel I ryT. l airlock (PAL) door was open. This violates Technical Specification 3.6.1.3

ii e i i l alarm was received from the volumetric leak rate monitor (which performs a

( g ] seal leak test automatically when in the auto mode) since it was in the auto ;

i,,,,l mode and the seals had not been actuated. The PAL door was closed and sealed I g Iand a leak test performed satisfactorily.  ;
