River Bend Station - Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-458, 50-459 As requested in your February 18, 1981, Generic Letter 81-10 concerning " Post-TMI Requirements for the Emergency Operations Facility", Gulf States Utilities Company will provide the River Bend Station (RBS) emergency response facilities conceptual design in connection with the RBS Operating License review process. RBS will not receive an operating license prior to October 1, 1982. Therefore, implementation dates for the RBS emergency response facilities will be met in accordance with the requirements of the RBS Operating License.
This completes our response to Generic Letter 81-10.
