This is to inform you of a recent organizational change in the Radiation Safety Program at Batte11e's Columbus Laboratories.

Mr. Homer M. Faust has been promoted to Assistant Group Manager for Nuclear Services.

In this capacity, Mr. Faust assumes management responsibility of all laboratory nuclear service functions which include:

Materials Accountability e

Operational Health Physics e

Environmental Health Physics e

e Transportation In his new position, Mr. Faust will continue to serve as the BCL Nuclear Materials Accountability I apresentative.

In this new assignment, Mr. Faus t will report directly to Dr. W. J. Madia, Manager of West Jef ferson Nuclear Services.

Mr. Faust's back.round with more than 25 years of experience in nuclear operations highly qualifies him for this responsible position.

This organizational change will provide the desired continuity in our Radiation Safety Program.

Mr. Joe Dettorre, who formerly served as Manager of Nuclear Services, has been promoted to Projects Manager for Decommtssioning and Decontamination Studies.
