The status of Battelle's July 25,1990 Request for Exemption, as supplemented on May 25,1993; e
2.
The submittal of Battelle's amendment / renewal for License No. SNM-7; 3.
Any questions or concerns that you may have with respect to:
-our May 25, 1993 cubmittal of the BCLDP Decommissioning Plan,
-our May 28,1993 request for amendment deleting requirement for continued criticality monitoring, and
-our June 1,1993 notification of intent to comply with new 10 CFR 20.
