U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION RE0RGANIZATION This letter is notification that within the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Office of Nuclear Material-Safety and Safeguards, responsibility for licensing of your facility has been transferred from the Fuel Cycle Safety Branch, Division of Industrial and Medical Nuclear Safety, to the Licensing Branch, Division of Fuel Cycle Safety and Safeguards. This transfer of responsibility was the result of a reorganization, effective February 8, 1993.
