River Bend Station Refer to: RIV Docket Hos. 50 h58/IE Bulletin 78-12, 12A, 12B 50 h59/IE Pulletin 78-12, 12A, 12B Ouh leiter of November 2h, 1978 indicated that our reactor vendor would not be able to supply the requested information by the date required in your IE Bulletin 78-12. Subsequent bulletins (12A and 12E} nodified both the inforcation required and the time allowed to present the information. The last bulletin (12B) indicated a response vac expected from licensees by May 29, 1979 and frca vendors by May 1, 1979 It was anti-cipated that licensees would reference generic vendor responses insofar as they were applicable to the licensees vessel and supplement the generic responses with specific information to complete the requirements. We are proceeding to ga+her this information but have not yet completed our examination. We should co plete cur examination and have a complete response for you by September 30, 1979 We vill advise you of any changes.
