Callaway Updated Status of Compliance Table

Tam, Attached is an updated status of compliance table. The permit changes are indicated with red underlined text.

Ameren submitted renewal applications for Callaway's NPDES and Part 70 Air Permits prior to their expiration and is currently waiting on the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MODNR) to issue these permits. If you have any questions or need any clarification on these permits please let me know and I will set up a phone call.

This information will be formally transmitted to you in a forthcoming letter.
