FIRE PROTECTION MODIFICATIONS -
SAN ONOFRE UNIT NO. 1 By letter dated December 4, 1981, the NRC staff stated that the fire protection modifications for Item 3.1.14 of the FPSER, "Water Damage Protection," and Item 3.1.7(b), "Gas Suppression System" may be completed during a plant outage. The letter indicated that 10 CFR 50.48(d)(2) is the appropriate section of the fire protection 'Fule that is applicable to Item 3.1.7(b), "Gas Suppression System." This reference should be to 10 CFR 50.48(d)(3).
