dated December 15, 1986 In accordance with our referenced letter, this submittal provides the follow-up report of Technical Specification fire-rated assemblies (specifically fire doors) found inoperable during routine surveillances in December 1986.
Fire doors found inoperable during the December routine surveillances are L identified in the Attachment and include: 5 latching mechanism failures, 3 closure mechanism failures. No doors were found blocked open in December.
