Baskin, SCE, dated July 16, 1987 The referenced letter requested that SCE remit a fee of $4,000.00 for the Division of PWR Licensing-A review of the San Onofre Unit 1 Dedicated Safe Shutdown System. This review has been determined to be subject to the fee provisions of 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulation and that a Class III fee is applicable since the review involved consideration of a single safety issue. In response to that request enclosed is SCE's check in the amount of $4,000.00 in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22 of the March 23, 1978 regulations.
