Zwolinski, NRC, Fire Protection Program Review, October 4, 1985 Reference 1 requested that SCE remit an application fee of $150 for the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR) review of SCE's Fire Protection Program for San Onofre Unit 1 submitted by Reference 2. The request was based upon the determination that the need for ONRR review and approval of the San Onofre fire protection program subjects the Reference 2 submittal to the fee provisions of the June 20, 1984 revision to 10 CFR 170.

In response to that request find enclosed SCE's check in the amount of $150 in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
