NRC Inspection Report No. 50-445/79030 NRC Inspection Report No. 50-445/82019 Westinghouse Nuclear Service Division preformed the PSI in accordance with ASME Section XI,1980 Edition with no Addenda.
The majority of the PSI was performed between July 1982 and August 1984.
