This program may ees with "L", "Q" and "145-B" security clearances (g used by NRC who have employ-completed gener11 NRC Staff training in radiclogical protection, security tnd personal safety c mpaithle to that furnished by licensees.
Enclosed with thia letter is an updated version of the Read and Sign Program l manual. Please discard previous manuals, as they have now been superseded.
