, Attachment.to ET 90-0089 OBJECTIVES , \
l Specific objectives to be achieved during the Exercise' originate from ' discussions among the Wolf Creek' Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC), j State of Kansas, Coffey County. Nuclear Regulatory Commission - Region IV, " (NRC), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency - Region VII (FEMA).- l I The listing of objectives is divided into three groups: WCNOC, State, and , Local. The WCNOC objectives were obtained from NRC Inspection Procedure 82302. Group I objectives are to be demonstrated during each annual Exercise. Group II objectives are to be demonstrated at least once during a 5 year period. Like the. State and County objectives, the Licensee's objectives are segregated by the facility or group which will demonstrate the objective. State' and Local facility / team will!be
~
Each objective for each WCNOC, designated with a 'na',
-- ' or a 'D".- Certain parts of some objectives -have been enclosed in brackets. .This is to indicate it is a two part objective. .If both parts of the objective are to be demonstrated. a single 'D' will appear in the facility / team column. Likewise, if both parts are not applicable (na):or not to be demonstrated at this exercise (--), then only a single 'na' or *- ' will be present.in'the facility / team column.
However, if only the bracketed part of the objective is to be demonstrated (D) and the part outside the brackets is not applicable (na), then in the facility / team column a 'D' would appear in brackets and a 'na" would appear withcut brackets.
