AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21, WPPSS NUCLEAR PRO3ECT NO.2 During their regular meeting of June 20 1985, the Washington State Energy Facility Site Evaluation Council reviewed and subsequently adopted a motion indicating their concurrence with the Washington Public.Power Supply System's request, by letter dated 3une 18, 1985, for an emergency change to the Operating License for Nuclear Project No.2.Specifically, the Supply System's request involves an emergency change to Technical Specification 3.8.0.2, Primary Containment Penetration Conductor Overcurrent Protective Devices.The Council was notified of the proposed amendment request by the Supply System in accordance with the notification requirements of 10 CFR 50.91.We appreciate the opportunity to review the proposed license amendment.
